Where are these people coming from?  They multiple daily.  Sorry folks, I’ve got a bad attitude today and sometimes I’m just plain irritated to see someone in front of me looking for a handout that is obviously very capable of working.

I’ve never seen this guy before – a newbie at Northern Parkway & York Road.  I’m confident there’s a network of people who work these intersections…agreeing when & where they’ll cover.  They must — otherwise, I would imagine seeing several people out on a corner trying to out do one another or fighting over their turf.

Ugh…this guy has great freaking penmanship to boot.   

This makes me sick.  How long have these places been sitting here?  Apparently long enough to require cinder-blocking the doors and windows on the 1st floor to keep people out.  How long will they remain in this condition?  Who takes the time and expense to let a property sit?  C’mon Baltimore.  This is pathetic.

It looks like shit, creates a safe haven for undesirable behavior, and degrades the value of the homes and businesses around it.  Get my point?
