Tuesday AM, 35 degrees…
Frigid nights/mornings have hit the area. Desolate streets. I was really shocked to see this guy out again…
City Hall and police headquarters are 1 block away. You’d think our patrolling officers would scoop this guy up and put him in a shelter.
I would need more than 2 pairs of pants and a blanket in that tempature. How sad it is that people don’t have enough empathy to help out a fellow soul. I know sometimes they don’t want to go to a shelter, but at least make an attempt for God’s sake. And those shoes look sooooo incredibly cold.

i saw this guy again this morning — was unable to grab a shot. he was standing…shivering…pacing somewhat.
a very sad sight.

I don’t know if it was intentional but I like how the grooves in the way behind him and the weeds/vines growing in/around them make it look like he’s in a forest of sorts…
