The deeper you get into this, the stranger some of it seems. Talk about Twilight Zone. I wonder why he wouldn’t take the money/food – so strange…….maybe pride? Better to find anything even garbage on your own than take a handout? Hard to believe.

I think he may have been a bit mentally unstable. A very sad case. His eyes seemed to indicate that he was considering the offer but I couldn’t be certain if he really got it or not.

I found your site while looking for pictures of the “Chicken Nook” and abandoned buildings in Baltimore. No one believes me that such a large and historic city is in such despair.
